Early diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma based on a ceRNA array

Abstract Objectives Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common causes cancer-related deaths, due to high morbidity, a low early diagnosis rate, and poor prognosis. It essential explore competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) arrays for prognosis HCC. Methods The original gene expression profiles differentially expressed lncRNA, miRNA mRNA in HCC were downloaded from TCGA database. Differentially lncRNA-miRNA miRNA-mRNA interaction pairs extracted miRcode starBase, ceRNA network was constructed, GO annotation KEGG pathway analyses performed.
